Our Mid-Missouri Pest Control Plan Addresses Potential Termites in Your Business
As part of the Atkins Total-Trac Program, we inspect your business for
termites. If active termites are not found and your building doesn’t have a lot of inaccessible areas, it will be accepted for this program. A termite monitoring system will be installed around the outside of your building and the monitoring stations will be checked for activity at least four times a year. A termite inspection of the interior and exterior of your building will be performed annually.
Preventative Commercial Pest Control with Border Patrol Applications
The Atkins Border Patrol program is designed to help prevent insects from moving into your home. It includes four exterior applications, evenly spaced during non-freezing months (usually March to November):
- First Round: Early Spring, usually March or April.
- Round 2: Usually done in May or June.
- Round 3: Summer, usually in July or August.
- Final Round: September or October.
We spray three feet up the foundation of the house, in the eaves, and three feet out from the house. The ant portion of this application is done with a compressed air sprayer, treating one foot up the foundation and one foot out from the house.
